Deena and Jack have gone the extra mile to help Lynette and myself find a home for our new life together. I must have sent hundreds of texts and emails and they continued to always respond and resolve any questions and issues that we have had in our journey to finding our home. We moved to Brandon from Phoenix, Arizona and Jack helped us find the perfect home with all our wants and in our price range- no small task in this market! He went above and beyond expectations and thought of everything. We began looking for homes while we were still in Phoenix and Jack did some virtual walkthroughs for us and was even scouting homes for sale by owner that were not listed on the MLS. He listed to what we wanted and set out to find it! During our walk through he checked all the little things we wouldn't have thought to look at, he had suggestions for every service needed (painters, foundation repair, radon and etc) and even sent a roof inspector over to the home after a hail storm before our closing date to make sure there was no unexpected damage. He made us feel like a priority and gave us very insightful advice during negotiations which was so valuable in this sellers market.
